We spent decades in various technology spaces. Years ago, we entered the vacation rental industry and realized a lot of the processes in this industry were well behind in efficiency and technology. In order to grow in this space, we started experimenting with different growth strategies. We quickly realized realtors played a huge role in this industry and wanted to create an effective way to form warm relationships with them. Because of our technology experience, we put our geek hats on and created a system that worked in the background and sent us a steady flow of leads to nurture. This ended up being instrumental to our success. Before we knew it, our system was evolving and some of our colleagues in other markets were using it with great results.
